Versandbedingungen Schweiz:
- Bis Fr. 150.00 Warenwert erfolgt die Lieferung gegen Rechnung, zahlbar innert 10 Tagen
- Bestellungen über Fr. 100.00 werden bei Erstbestellern und säumigen Zahlern gegen Vorauskasse oder Nachnahme abgewickelt. Stammkunden werden immer gegen Rechnung beliefert.
- Alle Preise beinhalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer von 8,1%

Umtausch und Reklamationen:
- Kein Umtausch- oder Rückgaberecht bei Nichtgefallen
- Defekte Ware wird von uns umgetauscht. Sollte der Artikel nicht mehr lieferbar sein erfolgt eine Gutschrift oder Rückerstattung.
- Auf dem Postweg beschädigte Ware muss sofort bei der Post gemeldet werden.
- Die gespeicherten Daten werden ausschliesslich für die Bestellabwicklung verwendet.
- Kreditkartennummern werden nicht gespeichert.
- Die Daten werden weder verkauft, noch Dritten zugänglich gemacht.
- 1. Mahnung nach 30 Tagen; Fr. 5.00
- 2. Mahnung nach 40 Tagen; Fr. 10.00

Delivery Terms Switzerland:
- Up to CHF 150.00 merchandise value, we deliver against invoice, payable within 10 days,
- First time buyers or late payers will have to pay orders of CHF 101.00 and more in advance, or cash on delivery.
- Regular customers will always get delivery with an invoice.

- Ownership of the merchandise remains with the outsider musicshop gmbh until full payment has been received.

- 2 CD’s (in padded envelope) CHF 3.00
- Parcels generally CHF 9.00
- Cash on Delivery generally Fr. 15.00
- Subsequent deliveries are always free for the Buyer.
Exchange & Complaints:
- No exchange or money back if the buyer doesn’t like the merchandise Defective merchandise will be exchanged.
- If the same article is not available anymore, you will receive a Credit Note or your money back.
- Goods damaged by posting, the Buyer must report damaged parcels to the Delivery Company
- Customer data is only used for the order management.
- Credit Card Numbers will not be saved. Your data won’t be sold or made available to third parties.
- Reminder after 30 days; CHF 5.00
- Reminder after 40 days; CHF 10.00

Conditions d’expédition en Suisse:
- Montant maximum de livraison frs. 150.00, payable sous 10 jours avec facture.
- Nouveaux clients ou clients retardataires: Pour les montants supérieurs à frs. 100.00 le payement se fera par contre remboursement ou à la livraison comptant.
- Les prix sont toute taxe comprise (TVA 8,1 %).
- L’entreprise outsider musicshop gmbh reste propriétaire des marchandises jusqu’à leur payement complet.
- 1 CD par envoie sous enveloppe protégée, frs. 2. 00.
- 2 CD par envoie sous enveloppe protégée, frs. 3. 00.
- Dans tous les cas les frais de colis normaux ne seront pas supérieurs à frs. 9.00.
- Livraison contre remboursement pour une somme globale de frs. 15.00.
- Les différés sont toujours sans supplément tarifaire.
Echanges et réclamations:
- Ni repris ni échangé, si emballage ouvert.
- Toutes marchandises défectueuses pourront être échangées sous un délai de 8 jours dans son emballage d’origine. En cas de rupture de stock vous recevrez un avoir correspondant à votre commande ou vous pouvez demander le remboursement par virement sur votre compte.
- Dégâts par transport par la poste, l’entreprise se dégage de toutes responsabilités quant aux dégâts qui pourraient arrivés lors du transport par la poste.
- Les informations concernant le client sont strictement confidentielles.
- Aucune des données ne sera publiée ou vendue.
- Premier rappel de paiement après 30 jours; sfr. 5.00
- Deuxième rappel de paiement après 40 jours; sfr. 10.00
